Q: How do I access the Matchmaking Service?
A: Within 24 hours of registering for Licensing Week Virtual, you will receive an email with details on how to access to the Matchmaking Service Portal. You will need to login to update your profile and book meetings with attendees and exhibitors. Please note that attendees will be added to the Service daily, so we recommend logging in frequently to search and book meetings.
Q: Who runs the Matchmaking Service?
A: The Matchmaking Service is run by Sector Global who is an approved partner of Informa Markets & the Global Licensing Group. Sector Global also runs the Matchmaking Service at Licensing Expo and Brand Licensing Europe.
Q: When is the Matchmaking Service open?
A: You can access the Matchmaking Service and book meetings within 24 hours of registering for Licensing Week Virtual. Meetings can only take place during Licensing Week Virtual.
Meetings can be scheduled at any time from 9am BST until 5pm PST from Monday 15 June through Friday 19 June. This offers 16 hours per day within which to book meetings.
Q: How will meetings work?
A: Meetings will take place virtually within the Matchmaking Service Portal and you can invite up to 8 people to attend provided that they are registered for Licensing Week Virtual. Q: Is access to the Matchmaking Service free of charge?
A: There is a free of charge option for all attendees as well as upgrade options to purchase more meeting requests.
Licensees/manufacturers and retailers will receive unlimited meeting requests for the duration of the week at no cost.
Licensors/brand owners, agents, service providers and those working in professional services will receive 10 free of charge meeting requests. You can purchase more in the matchmaking portal and the costs are as follows:

Q: Will my contact details be shared?
A: Your personal information will be private until the meeting is confirmed by both parties. Once confirmed, your relevant details will be shared in case of a cancellation or rescheduling need.
Q: How will I be notified of my meetings?
A: You will receive a PDF schedule with all your confirmed appointments – we strongly recommend adding these to your diary. Additionally, you can supply your phone number to receive SMS notifications.
Q: Can I invite multiple team members to a meeting?
A: Absolutely, as long as the team members have registered for the Virtual event. Users can invite a maximum of 8 people per video meeting.
